Do not live here.... there is mice in your apt and they will wait until their scheduled date with their exterminator even though that is 7 days away and you see mice running around your apt. Office is not helpful at all.
Staff is friendly, yet slow to solve problems! – The staff is friendly, however our problem occurred when our apartment became contaminated with gnats as a result of water seepage in the floor (caused by the hose and motor that was broken and therefore leaking in the dishwasher), the staff neglected to act in a timely and effective manner. We were given the run around, and the issue of the leaky dishwasher and the gnats was never resolved.
