My mom's clothes and pillows went missing. Nobody cares! Either they have a thief on staff, or have lost control of access to their patients during Covid.
RecommendedTransitioning to assisted living can be stressful for the family, but the staff (both the admin staff and the nursing staff) at Village at Cook Springs have been absolutely wonderful during the process of moving my MIL to their facility!!! They have been very knowledgeable and have answered ALL our many questions. They have worked well with us during all the COVID Restrictions. My Uncle is in this nursing home. Rusty Linard. Uncle Rusty is very sick, and will be headed back to Cook Springs to spend his last days soon. I just want to say how happy my family is, that they chose The Village at Cook Springs. We are so thankful for everyone there, for the love, and care, and happiness they have brought to him. Uncle Rusty has said several times that he loves it there, and is so happy. Thank you.

The Village at Cook Springs has been such a blessing! We reached out to dozens of places with some unique needs for our mother with early onset Alzheimers. My husband was in Cornerstone Rehab Center @ Cook Springs for 2 weeks, the care he received was wonderful.....all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took such good care of him during his stay. The PT staff, Dietary, Environmental Services all played a huge role in his recovery. He is doing well & we pray he will not be back anytime soon! God Bless You All�
