Staying at #4604 at Villages was a great decision. Kent is a responsive, helpful and gracious host/owner. He went out of his way to make our 2 night stay easy and comfortable. The unit was spotlessly clean, with modern mountain chic décor and well-equipped with everything one might need. It took over an hour for us to get access to our room. This involved calling the front desk, the front desk paging offsite maintenance, maintenance not being able to open the door, maintenance going back to the front desk, and then maintenance explaining the front desk was at fault and being condescending and rude. After all this, the dishwasher floods our kitchen floor. To top it off, only one parking spot for a 3 bedroom condo meant our other guests having to walk more than a mile. We won’t be coming back here again.
Great location. Hot tubs, pool, and health club were excellent. Our Airbnb rental had all the comforts of home.
