Fall is a great time to visit Breckenridge. Our family and another family rented a couple of condos at the Village at Breckenridge. It was a great place to stay. Our condo was very clean, roomy, and well stocked. We spent quite a bit of time hiking and taking in the beautiful fall colors within walking distance of downtown.
The village is located in the heart of the city, Great location and parking is available at 25$ per night, which is much cheaper than overnight city parking. There is no free parking in Brekenridge from 2 am to 6 am. Hence, this was a better option. There are free parking lots available from 3 pm to 2 am, please check as this dépends on weather it’s a weekday or a weekend. Our room was very nice, clean, and overall quiet in the evenings. However, during the day was very loud and distracting construction noise. We were not told ahead of time that the exterior was undergoing construction, and that is something I believe is important to be transparent about. It's pretty annoying to be woken up by 7 am when our intentions were to sleep in and relax on our mini vacation. Parking was a bit of a hiccup as well.
