Awesome apartment…luxurious and beautiful with excellent amenities (pool, gym, package concierge, etc) and a friendly, helpful, professional staff. I only left because I found a great deal on a perfect home.
Justin is the guy you want to deal with at Village South. Very professional and is a huge help when needed. He gave me the tour and upon moving into Village South he was always helpful and tried hard to solve any issue. Super nice guy as well! Enjoyed living at Village South but had to move closer to family but will miss living here.

We lived here for a year and had a good experience. The apartment was very clean when we moved in, we never had any noise issues (we were on the top floor), there was always plenty of parking and the management was friendly. If we hadn’t bought a house we would have stayed!
BEWARE!!! We lived at The Village at ArrowCreek from March 2021 to July 2025. In March 2025, we switched apartments within the complex, and when moving out in July, we cleared our account on July 17th by paying a termination fee of $1,925. Because of prior issues with the leasing managers, we requested and received a receipt for the check. No one contacted us until 08/19, when we noticed the check still had not cleared our bank.
