Living at The Village South has become incredibly frustrating. The lack of parking is a serious problem caused by poor planning when this property was designed years ago. Instead of acknowledging that reality and showing reasonable flexibility toward residents, management continues creating blanket rules that make an already difficult living situation even worse. Justin and Clarizze were super helpful and amazing in the whole leasing process. They made it extremely easy and stress free. They both were prompt to get back to me whenever I had any questions. I visited 10+ properties in Reno and found the village to have the best units, amenities, parking, and community. Units are furnished nicely with a fireplace, granite counters, and a private garage. Clarizze was kind, professional, and patient with me - the moving process can be so overwhelming but she was so fantastic in getting my lease together. She was always quick to respond to any inquiry and it’s clear she loves what she does.
