Regardless of how much noise it makes whether you are sleep or not, they basically just tell you to deal with it, rather than them try to be the mediator like most managements at apartment complexes. Management: "If you get shot by the neighbor for notifying them face to face of their dog making noise when they leave (aka separation anxiety which can be handled via training or doggy daycare) oh well! At least our hands are clean!"
