I called Monday for fridge repair. They showed Tuesday and said to replace the cold control it would cost $400 with a $150 deposit, and take 10 days to repair. I initially said yes, but after some research, I called Wednesday morning to cancel and inquire about the cost for them coming out. She didn’t know and said she’d call me back in a bit. Jerry called and showed up on time and was very helpful with assessing our dishwasher problems, and he saved us a lot of money and headaches. I had to reschedule a couple times and the receptionist was always very helpful, accommodating, and genuinely pleased to help a customer. 5 stars all the way!
