I can't recommend this business enough. I was able to fix this myself with their assistance. You can't find more integrity in service than that. I will DEFINITELY call again when something is over my head.
Very happy with our dryer repair. Reasonable diagnostics charge.Knowledgeable , efficient and good people! I will use them again if needed! Just had tech come out for a worn out dryer pulley. He diagnosed it quickly and was very knowledgeable and efficient!
This will be the third time to fix my dryer. Oh did I mention third time in 5 weeks. What a joke
Person was extremely helpful on the phone but then they did 4 no-call no-shows to fix our appliance. We paid $300 for an initial service call and the "fix," which did not make our appliance work again. Called and text many times. Eventually received refund for second appointment. Would not recommend at all.
Took money for a back ordered part 6 months ago. Will not return phone calls and messages. Literally stole $300. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!
