Everyone in the office from the receiving clerk , NP’s and Dr Villacastin are pleasant and helpful even if I was just a walked in .

Villacastin has absolutely NO bedside manner. Spoke to me as if I were a child. Had no respect or consideration for my opinions and requests. Argued every point with me, and of course he was always "right"! Also, I discovered that there is tons of misinformation in my chart. They didn't even get my height correct. Definitely changing providers.

Very difficult to schedule an appointment. Receptionist hung up the phone, called back again with them hanging the phone again. Very poor etiquette.

Was on hold for about 25 minutes nobody ever answered I finally got irritated enough to hang up all I wanted to do is find out what time my mother's appointment was thank God it wasn't an emergency that's just bad practice I mean I know they're busy but dang somebody answer the phone all you got to do is tell me what time her appointment is and I'll leave you alone makes me feel like they don't care about their patients that's pretty bad

I have been a patient here for over six years. Back then you could call and speak to someone right away to make an appointment or if you were having a medical problem that didn’t need the ER. For the past three DAYS I’ve been trying to reach somebody due to Severe pain in my right abdomen. To date I have not been able to get through, I’m told to leave a message. I have left messages with no return phone call. Guess I’m off to the ER.
