Do not trust this management. And check all the documents before you sign the lease and after your lease is over. I lived here for year and don't have single good thing to say about the management.
Great pool
This place is very nice.
I must say in the beginning I was looking for every reason not to like this place. However, right from the first encounter with Adam, the manager, I have nothing but good things to say. He was very friendly, solutions-oriented, and had a lot of information about the building. The units are updated with nice finishing. The location is in a 1 mile radius of just about anything you could possibly need. It’s right next to CSUN, and surprisingly peaceful. I very happy with my decision to move here.
