I asked multiple times before we signed the lease what would happen if my kids made noise past the quite time and they reassured me that they dont really send out lease violations when it comes to kids. Turns out that was a lie I got 2 lease violations because of the lady down stairs. Im not one to complain about noise never have and never will. Update: They don't live there anymore, my Madre passed away Beautiful place . My Madre and Sdad live there.

So we applied 11/20/24 online for Villa Verde Estates in Weslaco, TX and they were having issues right away. I keep calling the office to check on the status and nobody ever answers my husband calls as well and they never answer his calls it almost seems that they write our numbers down and say "don't answer". it's 12/20/24 now and I still have not gotten a response. I don't recommend leasing here. They are not very attentive to their future residents so with that said why live here if they don't pay attention to you from th... read more
