So we applied 11/20/24 online for Villa Verde Estates in Weslaco, TX and they were having issues right away. I keep calling the office to check on the status and nobody ever answers my husband calls as well and they never answer his calls it almost seems that they write our numbers down and say "don't answer". it's 12/20/24 now and I still have not gotten a response. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The process took far too long, and when I called for an update, Amanda informed me that my application had been denied due to suspected fraud. This was confusing because they had already sent an employment confirmation form to my job, received a signature from my boss, and proceeded with the verification. Honestly this property doesn’t deserve any stars. I will give it it’s a nice property but the leasing person says it’s fine when her occupancy is falling (literally like say sing j don’t care)and the property manager can’t give people wanting to talk to her 5 mins because she is busy walking apartments with maintenance when maintenance is capable of doing it on their own! Amanda you need to give people walking into the office your time and the young lady in the front please care about your job a little more.
