Update: They don't live there anymore, my Madre passed away Beautiful place . My Madre and Sdad live there.

So we applied 11/20/24 online for Villa Verde Estates in Weslaco, TX and they were having issues right away. I keep calling the office to check on the status and nobody ever answers my husband calls as well and they never answer his calls it almost seems that they write our numbers down and say "don't answer". it's 12/20/24 now and I still have not gotten a response. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The process took far too long, and when I called for an update, Amanda informed me that my application had been denied due to suspected fraud. This was confusing because they had already sent an employment confirmation form to my job, received a signature from my boss, and proceeded with the verification.
