Be aware of parking when staying here. They were doing the roofs and had us park elsewhere in the area with a parking sticker that must of fell off the dash when shutting the door. So they towed the car and charged us $205 in cash. The car was only there for the night. The complex Did nothing and pretty much said it was our fault. This is gated and they did not care that roofs were being redone and made us park somewhere else. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never stay here again.
When we got to the resort, there was a hole in the ceiling that was leaking. We also booked a 4 bedroom but upon arrival realized it was not a 4 bedroom but a 3 bedroom. When we tried to get ahold of management, they did not return phone calls. Bran did not help at all. He sent us an email after we did not have a place to stay saying he was on vacation and could not help us. We wanted to have a great vacation too, however, this was awful.
