The apartments , are falling apart, they also got pest problem, starting with bed bugs, mice, cockroaches,you get them to spray inless you pay for it first, they dont change out the air filters, you cant plants outside . All in all its not worth what they ask for in rent!!
The central air in our apartment us broken instead of fixing it they gave us a window unit which does not keep us cool enough in this heat. Everyone's dogs run around not on a leash and no one cleans up after them. Our upstairs neighbors are allowed to leave their dog on the balcony all day and night where it urinates and defecates onto our patio making it impossible for us to use our outdoor space. Our apartment has mice and ants coming in from the neighbors apartment. The laundry room is never cleaned and is always filthy.... read more
