Cross threaded lugs after changing four tires . Had a low tire amd wanted to change due to out of town trip but couldnt get two lugs off that were cross threaded . Spent about two hours trying to remove them , gave up and just added air that following Monday took bac to them and they claimed they weren’t equipped to fix thier own FU## up . Had to get some one to cut them off with a torch and replace the lugs my self . Being this is the only tires shop with in 15/20 miles I would think there would be better customer service .... read more
Great service, items overpriced
Charles Good, The reason witch was explained for not being able to remove that lug nut was because we did not have the right equipment, as you had already beat and took a grinder to the lug nut welding it on the wheel.
Had two tires changed balanced and put on about a month ago …. Putting those tires on back , and the moved others to the front . Was done i a timely manor but a month later I now have wire showing on the front passenger tire had a spare so I decided I’d pull over and replace it with a spare . Two outta the five were cross threaded on amd I spent 4 hrs trying any amd everything to get it off. One was not so bad but the other gave me hell .
