Do NOT buy a home here! Living at Villa Terrassa has been a nightmare. The HOA is completely unreasonable and constantly harasses residents. You’re not even allowed to park your own car in the guest spots when you have guests— even with a valid guest permit, they’ll still tow you. It’s like they’re looking for reasons to fine and punish you. The rules are excessive, When they change the rules, they don’t even give you 24 hours. They say immediately, so you get towed or find.
