My son, son-in-law and I have just enjoyed a super high quality experience here. We each ordered 12-in Italian subs with hot sauce and were 100% delighted. We did not realize it but the subs came with a pasta side, concealed under the sandwich paper, which proved an uncommon surprise and delight. A frame on the dining area's back wall portrayed the restaurant's namesake, Mama Teresa. Thereupon whom we nicknamed her Mother Teresa of Coldcutta. And with the utmost respect may I add. Thank you for making our day!
I want to express my deep indignation with this restaurant. The experience was really disgusting. The waitress touched my food without washing her hands, touched her hair, manipulated other customers' money, and also the food was cold and totally unpleasant. When we returned the food, realizing everything, not only did they not return our money, but they put the food back in the showcase to sell it to another customer.
