We visited the Tatra Villa on several occasions while driving to Estes Park. We found this place as amazing treasure of Polish food and also the design of building that reminds us the Zakopane architecture in southern Poland. We met the owners and had a beautiful conversations while enjoying incredible tasty smoked salmon and barszcz z uszkami . This soup was the first time our grandson had a chance to try. Since then he loves it. We wish we could visit Tatra more but it is a long drive from San Antonio.
