Gave this place 2 stars, realistically, its more like 2.5. Rented here for a year from April 2024 - April 2025. I'll start with the cons, and then move to the pros. To start off, by far my biggest complaint is that this place is like a glorified doggy day care. It seems like every tenant has a dog, and every one of those dogs is untrained. Be ready to be barked at all the time and having to alter your route (not take elevator/take the stairs) to accommodate an untrained dog that doesn't know how to act around other humans. Even though it's required for the HOA to provide bags and place to deposit the debris they don't provide. People are so angry about this that they tend not to pick up the waist because they're so disillusioned with the HOA
Villa Sonoma, an amazing place where amazing things happen. You will be a great fit for our community if you meet the following requirements: - You must enjoy fire alarms going off once a month in the middle of the night or during a meeting (if you work from home) - You must enjoy garbage fruit flies and carry your garbage bags to the parking lot because the garbage shuttle is out of service for a month and counting, and the rooms of the garbage shuttle are full of bags they do not pick for more than a month, giving a perfec... read more
You can’t beat this location! It’s central to everything—just minutes from International Mall, Boy Scout restaurants and Tampa Airport. The property is well maintained and under new, awesome management. It’s ideal.
