I have lived at Villa Serena for over a year and am very pleased with it. For me it's the best of all worlds. I love the quiet of being alone, and I get that. I like conversations with friends and I get those three times a day at meals. Which brings me to the fact that I don't like to cook and I never have to. I get three good meals a day with no effort on my part.
