I lived here with my family from 2000-2003. It was a wonderful time. This was the first home for our two children. I used to play my guitar outside on the balcony. One floor down was a jazz lover and a mariachi player. The manager used to let us throw pool parties with alcohol for the entire complex. Everyone knew each other and would visit their apartments. We even helped out with groceries for our neighbors. Finally, by some mistake everyone in the building got free cable tv for six months.
My family and I have lived in this apartment for 4 years. They raised the prices so much, the manager DOES NOTHING AND DOESN'T RESPOND TO MESSAGES OR CALLS. We have broken closets, a broken stove, dirty rugs, BUT YOU KNOW WHAT IS CRAZIER. The manager can get new washing machines and raise the prices for LAUNDRY AS WELL but cannot fix our oven or closet doors that literally COME OFF. My family may be okay with these conditions but I'm not. This apartment is not worth moving here and I will keep leaving reviews until I can fin... read more
I will give 5 stars to manager Teressa. She is very kind, generous and helpful to us and all the other people in the apartment in all ways. She was there for us whenever we needed any help. I believe we were very lucky in that matter because apart from the amenities it is also important to have a good manager while we are renting the place. We had been here for three years and recently moved out because of the job change. We would have stayed at the same place little longer, had we not changed our job.
