PLEASE READ THIS!! This apartment was the worst living experience of my life. I do not even know where to start. When we first moved in we were not told about the termite infestation and instead discovered it when coming home to a swarm of them eating our clothes. When calling the manager to complain about the upkeep of the grounds, we were told to be quiet and that we just need to write a report...which is why I was calling because my reports were being ignored. Good luck trying to move into this place. After you lease for a yr. it becomes month to month. At any point in time they will tear up your contract if the resident decides very last minute they want to stay for another month. They tore my contract up three times because residents decided to stay very last minute. 3 days before move in. If they don't have a vacancy don't expect to move in at the time stated.
