I have lived at Villa Redondo for several months now, I am very impressed with how well maintained the building is. Also, the med tech Sophea comes to her shift everyday with her pleasant smile and her positive attitude. The maintenance man Mario works tirelessly to keep the building up to standards. Mrs. Maria the administrator always makes time to hear you out for your issues.
The staff at the front desk has been so helpful when it came to helping me apply for a new ID and to get my social security figured out. I've only lived here a couple months but I have been very happy with my stay so far.
My post has been deleted, they really are trying hard to hide it!!! HONESTLY!!!!! ... I don't even know where to start. ✓Hardly- respect for residents ✓Hardly- appreciated for residents ✓ management has favorite puppets (staff) to use to harass good staff and at time the sweet residents who are being controlled by these monsters. ✓Building condition are horrible, MANY PROBLEMS surrounded by black mole that was covered up by fresh paint, rupture sewage pipes that have had a quick fix- doesn't solve the main structure of the b... read more
It was a one of a kind experience wherebI was able to get my much deserve rest and recharge.
HONESTLY!!!!! ... I don't even know where to start. NO respect for residents NO appreciated for residents management has favorite puppets (staff) to use to harass good staff and at time the sweet residents who are being controlled by these monsters. Building condition is horrible, MANY PROBLEMS surrounded by mole, licking pipes, everywhere roaches and if not the strong smell of chemicals. TAKE THIS AS A WARNING, PROCEED AT OWN RISK!!! If you love your family or love ones, don't take them to Villa MESS Redondo!
