If you can find a different builder in the area you want to purchase, you’ll be better off. Brookfield only cares about their bottom line, not you as an individual consumer. Cheap builds and months of builder extensions, coupled with a volatile market, cost of tens of thousands $$$ in losses. Did Brookfield care? Nope. Much better experience with Lennar homes. Anyone but Brookfield!

Terrible builder - avoid at all costs. 1.5 years and they’re still working on items from the punch list at close & warranty items. They drag their feet on literally everything. It’s also a fight to get them to do the right thing. We have overheard their representatives scheming to cut corners. Take your money to literally any other builder.
