Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Travis. From start to finish the service and quality of the product was exceptional. Very professional company. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a pool.
Travis and Mitch did a fantastic job installing our new plunge pool. Travis was always ready to answer any questions ( especially from our Electrician) Travis popped in two further times when he was in our area to check we fully understood how to run our pool effectively. I can throughly recommend Villa Pools for their excellent service. Purchased an Allcast Precast plunge pool from the prior owners of Villa Plunge Pools. The pool developed concrete cancer after 3 years. After 2 more years it is still not fixed. Allcast Precast has failed to provide any warranty support for their product. Beware!
The Team at Villa Plunge Pools are the best in the business! The quality of their workmanship is incredible. Any challenges big (like finding a concrete spa) or small, they just deal with it. We couldn't be happier!!
We did a sea container pool through villa plunge pools, and although there were a lot of council issues and delays with the actual build of the pool and deck, anytime we had an issue- the team came back and sorted it until we were 100% happy. This included the pool gate and fencing which was being supported by a jetty type deck design.
