It was such a pleasure working with Jared! Throughout the entire process, he was always available whenever I had questions or concerns and responded almost immediately, which made everything so much easier. I had a great experience visiting Maronda Homes in the Villa Pass neighborhood. Although I didn’t end up moving forward, Alana made the whole experience worth while. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I also really loved the homes they felt modern, open, and well designed. If you're looking to move to the central florida area, I’d definitely recommend checking out Villa Pass and working with Alana!

Had a really solid experience with Villa Pass by Maronda Homes. The overall community feel clean, modern, and well put together. You can tell some real thought went into the layout. Also the sales reps were very kind and helpful.
