Personally, I couldn't have had a better experience. I was dreading getting an MRI but Cary did everything in her power to make me feel at ease. Also, the machine was very spacious and I was comfortable throughout the scan. I would definitely recommend this place to any family or friends.
My experience was far different from the last review. I needed an MRI of the lumbar spine however I'm very claustrophobic so I needed an open MRI, and this is the to go place for that. The machine was open on all sides and the technologist made me feel very at ease. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs an MRI.
I had a professional experience at Villa Park MRI and my technician, Carrie was knowledgeable and compassionate in her administration of the the tests!

I went here for an MRI and an X-ray. First, when I called to make the appointment they were very helpful and thorough. When I showed up for my appointment Cary at was nice and helpful. During the x-rays and MRI, Cary was calming. She kept in touch with me throughout the MRI to make sure I was doing okay. All in all, a very pleasant experience!
