PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW: Went here for Fathers Day because this one of my favorite spots. Travel an hour to get here. I only have a suggestion - this review has nothing to do with the food which is absolutely delicious and plentiful I ordered the crab cake special. When I got the bill I was shocked by 32.00 for 2 crab cakes for appetizers. I think you should make an insert for the menu or place it on the table your specials so people can think about it and see the cost. Worse service ever. We were seated outside and after 15 minutes without being asked for our order, we were told we had to move to an inside table. Since it was busy we asked how long our pasta would take to be delivered. “10-12 minutes,” was the response. After 40 minutes, with no food delivery, we asked for our check and to cancel our food order and after 5 more minutes we received the check and were charged for our undelivered pasta dishes. Villa Nigrelli Hopewell Junction (taconic pkwy) quaint local italian eatery, the restaurant was very cold,need to turn up heat in winter. Ordered manicotti very delicious but portions was small. Sausage was delicious as side order,but meatball was a total miss tonight too much dry breadcrumb mix,should use bread ,milk etc simple recipe, the meat was too rubbery in texture and you tasted the dry stale old breadcrumb.
