Liked it, bought a new condo there.
I always thought of Moceri as a quality builder unlike Pulte. However, after living in a Moceri home, their quality is poor. Door that won't properly close, warped doors, creaking floors, settling cracks galore, etc. I'm very underwhelmed with this "luxury builder."
