Do not rent from this place it is unsafe... BEWARE...you will encounter homeless on a daily basis. They sit on the porch,use the trashcans, dig in trashcans and use the property waterhouse. Host was made aware of this and all he could say was "he wished Brookings had more for the homeless." Doug, the host, double booked the place and I was still charged for the week I had to move out. Still have not recieved my reimbursement. Do not rent this place..IT IS NOT SAFE!
