I am a patient of Dr. Anthony Lin and have generally appreciated the medical care provided. However, I must express my concerns about a recent interaction with the administrative staff that was far from satisfactory. Today, 1/9/24, I contacted the office to renew my medication and discuss a change in my insurance. Throughout this call, I interacted with Judy, Joanne, and Paulina. I have been a patient here for over 40 years ! This place is great. I get terrific care and service from a very plesant staff. Dr. Lin is my primary care and when he is not available I always get great care from Dr. Homedi
Receptionists and doctors have been responsive and compassionate. Better overall experience than i have had in other places. Office is nice and well maintained.
Been coming here 20 years. Only dr ever called till now. This staff is ignorant and rude. Never had a doctors office put this level of ignorance and over all rudeness. Wouldn’t have changed drs but after this week I hope this place fires this staff. The old staff was great and unfortunately the ppp loans kept these ones around. No issue with Dr Lin himself but as I was just told “if you have a problem with any of this staff find a different doctor”.
