We called in advance to ask if they had Spanish speakers for my mom. They said they did. When it was time for the appointment they denied stating they had one and claimed we called the wrong number. I rechecked the log and the number matched what was listed on the site. They then started claiming we needed to bring our own person to interpret. Billing nightmare. Stay away!!!
Dr Linn and Dr Honedi are simply amazing doctors. The nurses and most of the staff are also great. However if you are ever involved in an accident and have representation, the billing department doesn’t care about understanding that there is time needed to pay for certain things. I paid my bills out of pocket at the time of service without hesitation but a year later I was given another bill for the same service.
