Cute and relaxing place to stay. My family booked into to finish off a busy trip to the area. The rooms were clean and had unique local decorations. It's clear the owners put the personal touch into this place. We also loved that it was on a quiet street with its own pool as it allowed us to unwind and relax. The jungle setting was beautiful. Villa Marine was a lovely place to stay. The owners were wonderful with a wealth of information on local activities. Only a short distance from Cairns city centre. The pool was nice and the facilities were great. Highly recommend

We stayed for a week at Villa Marine in May. Lovely tranquil place, adjacent to a patch of rainforest and short walk to the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable with access to a laundry. Lovely veranda shaded by tropical plants. We loved Peter’s collection of amazing artefacts along the verandas and in the different rooms. As birders it was ideal for us being close to Cattana Wetlands and Yorkey’s Lagoon and a short drive into Cairns Esplanade & the Botanical Gardens.
