Beware !! I hired this company to install Countertops at my home. This company is very unprofessional and threatening. Worst Customer service I’ve ever received by any company. On the day of delivery, I paid them in full in cash and they would not give me a receipt for the money. Also, they tried to charge me an extra $3500 for a new slab of quartz since they made a mistake on the measurements and I refused to pay since it was their mistake. BUYER BEWARE! Although the countertop that was installed is nice, the ethics of this company are questionable. We received 35 square feet of countertop and they tried to charge us for 40 square feet which was the initial rough estimate that we provided upon our first meeting. It wasn’t until we questioned them on two separate occasions did they come down on price to 38 square feet. From start to finish...great customer service, great price, great installation. THEY WERE AMAZING! I've recieved soo many compliments 💕....you won't be disappointed. Thank you Villa !!!
