Lu Lu at Villa Marble & Granite was professional and knowledgeable helped us find the stone we now love. The owner is fantastic he came to template with hi-tech equipment and included services we did not expect. Like the virtually unseen seems at the sink, made extra cuts for a perfect fit, added D/W anchors, reinforced the 2inch countertop overhang at the sink, the stone was sealed, his crew was professional & clean. very professional. I paid half down and in 3 days they came and installed all my granite afterwards. I paid the rest of the amount and I am extremely happy with the granite. The service and the professionalism of this company is outstanding. The granite was leveled to perfection, so the back splash would not have any unlevelness towards the bottom.This is the best job I have ever seen out of all of my houses, as i do many flipps. Even minuscule corners on the edges were cut out to perfection.
Beware !! I hired this company to install Countertops at my home. This company is very unprofessional and threatening. Worst Customer service I’ve ever received by any company. On the day of delivery, I paid them in full in cash and they would not give me a receipt for the money. Also, they tried to charge me an extra $3500 for a new slab of quartz since they made a mistake on the measurements and I refused to pay since it was their mistake.
