I was at another mobile home park, they were having an estate sale and they were very run down, i didn't mean to post that about our awesome place.
Very run down and old, they don't take pride in their homes.
Very, very nice residents live here (but the management company that now runs the park is not very responsive in terms of fixing things that break, etc., but they are extremely quick to raise the rents as often and as high as the law allows).
