My family was very fortunate to have found such an amazing nursing home for both our parents. The care given to them from the nursing staff and PSW was excellent. We are so grateful for your kindness and expertise given to our mom and dad. I also want to thank the management staff. Anytime we had any questions or concerns, they were professional and very helpful. Again, we can't thank you enough for your care from our whole family. I want to commend the dedicated team of nurses and PSWs who work tirelessly to care for residents. It’s clear they are under significant pressure with many demands placed on them, yet they continue to show compassion and professionalism in everything they do. My mother’s admission process was seamless, thanks to the coordinated efforts of the social worker, floor manager, behaviour therapist, nurses, and PSWs.
