We rented Villa Illalangi in Dec 2023. Spacious, nice view, comfortable furniture. Our only complaint: Whitsunday Holidays retained most of our AUS$2,000 deposit to align the wheels on one of the buggies we used during our stay. We even purchased the buggy insurance. The buggies worked, but were pretty run down. A bummer we had to pay for their maintenance. If you don't mind forfeiting your deposit for reasons outside your control, Villa Illalangi is wonderful.
What can I say about Villa Illalangi? From the moment I walked inside & saw that breathtaking view, I didn’t want to leave. I have such lovely memories of starting each day with a coffee watching the sun rise over the beautiful Whitsundays. The sunshine gods were on our side the whole trip, so we experienced both the house & Hamilton Island at its finest. A big thank you to Hans for being a terrific host.
