My family had a great experience building a custom home with Villa. The finishes on the home are top notch and the staff fostered a great experience for us from beginning to end. We love our new home.
VillaHomes has been an extremely amazing company to work with. We started our custom home journey with them without hesitation. They made every single step easy and have put our concerns in the most importance throughout the journey. Our home is beautiful, every detail was worked on by amazing workers who are excellent at what they do. The company made every step easier for us, we felt guided, heard and attended too. We cannot thank them enough for creating the home to our families future memories.
Update: It’s been exactly a year in our home & we are extremely happy and grateful to Villa Homes as they have followed through with all our home upkeep and maintenance. Our home has been battle tested through some strong storms as well as this south Texas heat. It is extremely energy efficient & my wife continues to compliment how she loves it and feels home. We got our home in December 2023 Everything has gone wrong Door leaks, ceiling leaks, most of our cabinets look like from reused wood, floors uneven Small aunts coming in from small holes left in holes Electrical issues … they’re being fixed but it isn’t fair to go thru this when workers they used aren’t there anymore and who knows if they knew what they were doing My heart hurts , don’t build with villa We have to loose work now due to them working on our home… Sorry but definitely don’t recommend to anyone And as of today ... read more
