Nice place
This is not a low income apt. They are raising their rent because of "the cost of living" its going to be where no one can afford to live there and it's hard for people who don't make enough to pay. 10/3 Today I went in and spoke to Renee and she helped me out she is very polite and took the time to talk to me. I appreciate her and Trish Trish and Renee are amazing. The only thing is they need to lower the rent cause everything else is way to expensive.
I applied at villa Hermosa I was never informed that you could get denied if you make an extended amount of money. Now every time I’m trying to get a refund for my application because that’s obviously not my fault since I was not informed and that’s ridiculous excuse they never pick up , give me a wrong number , say that they’ll email me and they don’t . We have been living here for about 3 years... I liked the office folks when the company was Greystar. But when the company change everything changed. The maintenance people I believe do work alright but sometimes I don't think they know what they are doing. The communication between maintenance and the office people isn't good because I would ask questions and the office folks didn't have the answer that was about maintenance work. There roaches in these apartments and I been fighting with these damn critters for way too lon... read more
