I applied at villa Hermosa I was never informed that you could get denied if you make an extended amount of money. Now every time I’m trying to get a refund for my application because that’s obviously not my fault since I was not informed and that’s ridiculous excuse they never pick up , give me a wrong number , say that they’ll email me and they don’t . We have been living here for about 3 years... I liked the office folks when the company was Greystar. But when the company change everything changed. The maintenance people I believe do work alright but sometimes I don't think they know what they are doing. The communication between maintenance and the office people isn't good because I would ask questions and the office folks didn't have the answer that was about maintenance work. If I could give zero I would! I’ve been living here a year and half! It’s the worst! When it was ran by grey star the office management at least answered the phone! They would help. The new management does very shady work. Back in may I renewed my least but July 1st they had rent increase never notified me. Added a bunch of charges. I’m not one to ever be late on my rent but since July it’s been on going problems. This complex is money hungry but don’t fix nothing!!! My roof leaks EVERYTIME it rains.
