I've been living here for along time now and this place has always looks like a ghetto dump how the residents have crap all on their patios and stuff. I really appreciate the office staff, finally a team trying to clean this place up. Enforcing cleaning patios and picking up after the pets. I usually see Trish at the neighborhood meetings to keep this place crime free and clean. She is definitely what this place needs. As a current resident, the decline in overall management since Dominium took over has been very noticeable. There has been a sudden and aggressive focus on enforcing patio and balcony rules, including threatening fines for items many residents have had since moving in. The approach feels unreasonable and out of touch with actual resident needs.Meanwhile, more serious issues continue to be ignored. Hello if could put -5 stars I would! This apartment complex has become one of the most frustrating and disappointing places to live, and it’s honestly unbelievable how far it has gone downhill. The management is greedy, unprofessional, rude, money hungry, and completely disrespectful to the residents who actually keep this place running. This is not a low income apt. They are raising their rent because of "the cost of living" its going to be where no one can afford to live there and it's hard for people who don't make enough to pay. *****Update*****I appreciate Trish she is amazing. The only thing is they need to lower the rent cause everything else is way to expensive and the owners are still raising it which will call many including me to be homeless.
