The lady at the front desk was extremely rude throughout the entire application process. I completed my application on July 10 and was told it would take 1–2 weeks for approval. During that time, I had to make several changes to my application, so I checked in occasionally to make sure nothing else was needed. About two weeks after I applied, I emailed to ask for an update. If I could give 0 I would. I came Friday and they had their doors locked at 12pm. It’s now Monday and I scheduled an appointment. They won’t even come out to talk to me due to supposedly “training” that’s definitely ridiculous considering you are running a property.
I've been living here for along time now and this place has always looks like a ghetto dump how the residents have crap all on their patios and stuff. I really appreciate the office staff, finally a team trying to clean this place up. Enforcing cleaning patios and picking up after the pets. I usually see Trish at the neighborhood meetings to keep this place crime free and clean. She is definitely what this place needs.
