This spa/salon is wonderful! Cynthia, the owner, did my and a friend's gel manicures this past weekend, and we loved chatting and getting to know her and her business. Our gel manicures turned out amazing, and I already scheduled my appointment in two weeks for my next gel manicure. She knew exactly how to treat my dry cuticles and short nails. I went to villa giovana day spa for a facial and i must say it was a great exsperciance the woman who performed the service was very smart she told me what products i should use and had those products on hand.i was very pleased to have been introuduced to that spa by a friend of mine.i would recommend this spa to anyone and everyone.

this place is fantastic. I could not believe that they do gel manicures without parabens, toluene, formaldehyde or other nasty chemicals, and they last for weeks. the place smells lovely not nasty when you walk in. my technician could not have been nicer and she explained various eco things that they do such as using biodegradable toe separators instead of foam, disposable liners in the pedicure bins instead of the whirlpool, and LED lighting to cure the gel instead of UVA which is the bad lighting in tanning spots. AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I highly recommend. I had the deluxe facial and I really enjoyed this service from start to finish. The staff is very professional and very polite. My esthetician was highly educated and gave a great massage. I will definately return.

I have a crazy schedule and it is hard for me to make appointments but they were very accomodating. I really appreciated their patience with me since I had to change my appointment two times. I had a coupon for a facial and because of my schedule I was not able to use it by the expiration date. They understood and were kind enough to extend the date so that I could still use it. Today was a treat. I had a groupon for a facial and a gift card for a gel manicure and used them both. My face feels great and my once ugly hands are beautiful. She had many colors to chose from and I even bought the moisturizer she used! FYI: the spa sells Bioelements and she custom blended a bottle of face moisturizer with serums. I'm excited for my next facial!

BEWARE! NOT WORTH THE PRICES AND GROUPON! I have really tried to make it work with this place. I purchased a groupon for three gel manicures. At first it took over a week of calling each day to schedule an appointment. I left messages each day and received no return calls. After a week of trying to catch someone, I did and I went in for my first gel manicure. The manicure didn't have any cuticle cutting, lotion, or hand massage. I recieved a groupon for my birthday for a manicure. I must say it was the best experience I ever had. Cynthia was very knowledgable with what she was doing.
