Booked Villa via this company. Unfortunately we had a death in the family and had to cancel family trip. Kris from Villa Getaways refused to refund, then said $ 700 voucher on spend for min 5 days booking out of $ 3500 paid ! After that no correspondence. This company is a total fraud company based out of NZ and they book Villa rentals in Thailand so there is no apparent redressal mechanism. Beware of booking through them… I am not even sure if we would have got the Villa promised. Lots of folks complaining about this fraud ... read more
The worst experience, we booked a villa and paid US$3000 advance, due to bereavement had to cancel, Kris came up with a reusable voucher of US$700 with conditions. I am quite certain that the villa shall be resold. Do not book with them.
We had the most wonderful stay at a gorgeous villa in Phuket via Villa Getaways. The Villa was large, clean, luxurious and amazing amenities. We came as two families with children and everyone enjoyed and had plenty to do. From the beautiful infinity pool with the most stunning view of the water, to the incredible staff who did not miss a beat. I honestly cannot say enough about how incredible this Villa stay was. We will definitely be back!
Wanted to thank Kris for helping us and answering our many questions before booking. We had an unforgettable stay in Phuket thanks to Villa Getaways helping us with our last-minute booking.
