I got my Mustang Mach E GT serviced here and Sheldon took great care of me and was very knowledgeable about my car and Ford vehicles in general. Whole process was vert seamless and the tune up, maintenance, and even a speaker replacement were all done very quickly! Just make sure you don't have a setting enabled blocking unknown numbers on your phone because the phone system this place uses seems to call from multiple different numbers and when you try to call back you get the AI phone bot. All I got to say if you have coverage and coming for your routine oil change be prepared to be treated badly and they will not care, the day I got tires here man they treated me really nice, this is the last time I will buy any parts from this place, I waited a total of 2.5 hours for an oil change I booked at 9:30 am and I arrived at 9:10,

The service experience was exceptional. Though there were many customers bringing their cars in at about the same time, the service intake staff were quick and efficient. I really appreciated the mirrored computer screen on the customer side to be able to see what the staff was inputting into their system. Very transparent. Then capping off the experience with a free Lyft ride home was much appreciated.
