Villa D'Orleans Condominium Association it's centrally located near the Airport and Downtown. Surrounded by convenient businesses like Lakeside Mall, Restaurants, Lake Pontchartrain, Grocery Stores, Pharmacies, Hospitals, Police Station, Gyms, etc. Easy access from different ways. The New Board of Directors have been making significant improvements, making it a clean, safe place to live.
Very nice place to leave , have a pool ,to enjoy in the afternoon after work and weekend when you resting at home, Lakeside shopping Center is very close, very convenient, the bus stop is only 1 block from Veterans Memorial ,very nice place !!!!!!!!
Things are currently good with the new HOA board in place, but the last people in charge took 2 weeks to find this poor man dead in UNIT 404 ...some of my neighbors now say they see someone at that window at night! I wouldn't be surprised if that unit was haunted...
First month fined $1200 with no explanation of why. No unit water shut offs. Had to turn water off to two buildings to change a faucet
