I had gone to this Salon many years ago when Joe, the Elvis enthusiast, owned and operated it. I had frequented many Salons in the past several years in the town of Tuckahoe.. I had several bad experiences at all. I finally called Villa Di Roma after many years and spoke to James on the phone. We made an appointment for me to come in. I was warmly greeted by James today. I would give 0 if I could. I had an appointment for 5:30 and arrived 5:35. James had finished taking another guy at 5:37 and skipped me and went to a different person. It’s hard for me to wait since my collar bone and shoulder are broken. He didn’t even blink twice and skipped the guy who had an appointment and who was injured. Then he finished with 3 minutes to go until his closing time, cut my hair in 7 and messed up everything. He put 0 effort and didn’t even care.
