You can't do worse than this! Everything is old and outdated since decades. No high speed internet, no cable TV, phone lines are from the '70. The only thing updated is the space rent $540/mo. The owner raises either the lot rent or the utilities every year!!! Note that you don't buy electricity, gas and water from companies but from the park and they can literally charge whatever they want! I started in 2010 with a lot rent of $375 and 2012 it was $540 PLUS utilities ca $120!! The maintenance management is usually underpaid... read more
