If I could zero stars I definitely would. 1. The buildings so old it rained and rain straight through the roof and don’t if even mention about things being damaged because they don’t care. 2 They constantly changing “system” got towed 3 times because of lack of communication. Who puts paper letters on a door. It’s called an email 3 ROACHES!!! Complained so many times I shouldn’t have to complain in order to have pest control to come and spray and at that once a month when these roaches are literally walking on you as you sle... read more

Very friendly people, loved the community.
I moved in two weeks ago and The manager and assistant manager Jaquelin are very professional. The maintenance people are very professional and fix things really fast. I like it because there’s a lot of families around me and so I feel safe here for the kids, we did move from Mesquite to Garland for better school district
