That place is not worth livingin. Your water bill is higher then your rent You will nothave cold air in the summer time. No heat. Half the complex doesn't have heat. I had black and green mood in my apartment. All they did was cover it up So dont waste your time on this place. It should be TORN DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!! THEY DONT DO WHATTHEY SAY THERE GOING TO DO. very bad with the cokroaches
The worst apartments in the good city of garland they were raising rent prices like hell yet we couldn’t control the A/C the maintenance were the only thing good about these apartments they need a raise if anything i dont know how they are tending to these old rotting yellow looking apartments they moved us to multiple units where roach nest we’re literally outside our window and climbed inside each night and we literally had no choice but too choose our poison either be hot the entire night and sweat your entire sleep but n... read more
