We replaced our old wood deck with a concrete patio by Villa Construction. Greg did a great job on guiding us on the best fit and shape of the patio in relationship to the backyard. The price and was very competitive and the look of the patio was perfect. We liked their work so much that we had them do our kitchen remodel. An exceptional experience in every way. While our master bathroom shower remodeling project was small compared to other projects Villa Construction & Development does, they made us feel as if our project was top priority.
