Was a great place! Now there’s no staff to keep the place up. It all comes down to not wanting to pay anyone! They need a full time cleaner and a full time maintenance person. We are lucky the garbage gets emptied! Just saying!

Don't think my wife and myself application was taken very seriously we are both retired receiving ssi and a pension which are protected by federal law how is it you feel we cannot afford this for several years we never miss a rent payment not even during covid don't think my app had chance its not about app fee may it was the ID
