It’s definitely not my idea of a deluxe room. Very noisy location due to the main road along side. Room was very noisy when people beside were in the shower. Lots of little ants throughout the room. Staff at check in were very pleasant. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again,
My partner stayed here for a work trip and forgot his belt, perfume and a shirt (all christmas presents lol) in the room. We live about 9 hours from Rockhampton so I called and the staff were unbelievably helpful and made arrangements for the items to be posted to us.
Convenient area, beautifully presented , very clean , room was so spacious , really loved the layout and size , practicality and presentation
Perfect location for our journey home. Thank you Samone for your amazing customer service. Will definitely recommend and will definitely return
