My mom lives there, and she like it, but she had had problems worth her neighbor for over 3 years. The neighbor had threatens her and yelled in her face. They are very loud and slam does Ther now have a brand daughter living there and now it's making my mom's life miserable. My mom is afraid to leave her apartment for very long, she does not trust that they will not do something to her apartment. Management will not do anything about it.
Great page to live safe central location
I have lived here for 12 years. Not once have I had an incident of dis -satisfaction. It is quiet, beautifully maintained and safe. The Manager Kathi is always approachable. If you treat others the way you would like to be treated, then you should never have an issue. Thank you so much Villa Canon and all staff. Jan
I really love how safe I feel here and how kind and attentive the manager, Cathy, is. I’ve had very few problems and when I did, it was taken care of right away. The grounds are kept really clean and nice, as well as the laundry and community room.. my name is Andrea Shundich apt C4. But one thing to watch out for is unhappy, nosey neighbors.
