I have lived here for 12 years. Not once have I had an incident of dis -satisfaction. It is quiet, beautifully maintained and safe. The Manager Kathi is always approachable. If you treat others the way you would like to be treated, then you should never have an issue. Thank you so much Villa Canon and all staff. Jan
I really love how safe I feel here and how kind and attentive the manager, Cathy, is. I’ve had very few problems and when I did, it was taken care of right away. The grounds are kept really clean and nice, as well as the laundry and community room.. my name is Andrea Shundich apt C4. But one thing to watch out for is unhappy, nosey neighbors. Great place, great people
This place is a great little community for elderly and disabled people but the manager and her maintenance man son are not keeping up on things at all. There are many things that need fixed and cleaned that should most definitely be done by maintenance that are completely ignored or the residents are flat out told that it is their problem to deal with while being elderly and/or disabled.
