Worst community I haved live here for almost 6 years and these past two years has remind me of downtown LA or Santa Ana neighborhoods Main door always open. People in the front posted like they claim the community or something. No parking after 3pm Some front neighbors have multiple cars and they park in the street like if they owned it. Worst apartment I have lived in the Usa The apartment has barely bag amenity ( no fridge no dishwasher), it’s falling apart ( pain flaking, no insulation, humidity everywhere). The community is not safe ( neighbor got her car stolen from the lot and management didn’t even care, that’s why we have insurance they said). Neighborhood is run down and populated by homeless people… for the money they ask you can find WAY BETTER in a safe neighborhood! Love living here Lovely place to live, but of particular note is the outstanding maintenance supervisor Francisco. He is always so friendly and helpful. He was efficient in helping us fix all of the things needed in our unit. Although crunched on time, he helped out with a few small things that were not on the initial list. So glad we got Francisco aboard. The maintenance man before him really didn't do anything for the apartment complex and would Mickey Mouse all the work he ever did. Not child friendly- current resident If you have children never rent here..I live here and it's my first year and definitely will not Renew my lease because they don't want noises from children...if they don't want any noise they shd just rent it too certain people...management is horrible. I would not recommend this apartments...it's horrible

Bad Management My catalytic converter was stolen here this past Saturday, I park near the leasing office. There is a video camera in front aiming at my car. Each time I called the police so they can see the video footage Nicole refused every time to show it to them. Coincidence? Don't go to the leasing office alone Nicole the manager gets aggressive.

Negativity All Around First off we were promised a renovated apartment with a higher rent. Come to find out nothing had been renovated. Frome the cracked vinyl flooring to the cracked granite countertops. The bedroom carpet also had a funky smell to it as if it had never been cleaned. Along with all that there was pink mold in the restroom. Disgusting! The only good thing seemed to be the low rent but even that did not get honored. This place is a joke, stay away!

Terrible Management Been talking to one of the property managers for a few weeks now and supposably had an appointment today to look at an apartment, we called today before heading over to look at the apartment and she said she already rented it out and didnt even book our appointment. Management at FDC is complete garbage. Incompetence is not a good look.

Current Resident I moved in Jan 2019 and enjoy this complex so far. Management and maintenance are very attentive, friendly and professional. The complex is very quiet and most people keep to themselves. I live by the pool and it’s not constantly noisy or crazy. The apartment is a perfect size for me. Although there’s no AC, and it doesn’t get super hot in Camarillo, at least ceiling fans would be nice. It’s nice that water/trash/sewer is included, because most places don’t include that in rent. Would Not Recommend Management has no clue what their doing. I ask one of the ladies to explain a fee that I was being charged for and she just kept repeating the name of it and couldn't explain it. It's suppose to be a non smoking community but everyone smokes inside and outside their apartment and by the cars. My first week living there, there was a young lady who worked in the office and I saw her smoking with a group of her friends. They also allow cars to park infront of trash cans and red lined areas, which is annoying... read more
