I had a very disappointing experience at Elevate at Discovery Park yesterday, and potential renters should be aware of how poorly prospective residents are treated here. We scheduled an appointment online for 4:00 PM and arrived early, specifically because we wanted a scheduled tour rather than a walk-in and expected our time to be respected. They overcharge on rent. I moved out of state and the base rent was $1600 plus water while they actually charge $150 more for common gas and electric, pest control, garbage pickup sewage. The unit I live in is very out out date. Ratty kitchen cabinets, cheap formica countertop that are delaminating, a dishwasher that does not work properly and have complaned about that was never fixed and insufficient hot water and a refgerator that is way to small. I have lived at Elevate at Discovery Park for a few years , in the beginning it was nice and so much cleaner - it was not called Elevate at Discovery Park ... The person's that worked here in the past where very perfesional , wonderful and accommodating - today it looks like anybody can work in the office and the help also the treatment is so very poor - the only one who seems to care is the young leasing agent Alyssa who has been so very kind and helpful ...
