Idelia was asbolutely perfect came in with my mom looking to move in as soon as possible she got us approved and moved in literally the very next day, super friendly and a huge difference from the apartment complex I toured right before I landed here.
They overcharge on rent. I moved out of state and the base rent was $1550+ 50 dollars for garage parking plus water while they actually charge $120 more for common gas and electric, pest control, garbage pickup sewage a small property tax fee and plus plus plus. The unit I live in is very out out date. I have lived here for five years and I have always loved working with the front office! Idelia and Adriana have been amazing with my transfer! The grounds are clean and maintenance is great as well. This area is central to everything and accessible.
