I was actually considering moving into this apartment community within the next year, but after my experience with the leasing staff, I will absolutely be looking elsewhere. They overcharge on rent. I moved out of state and the base rent was $1550+ 50 dollars for garage parking plus water while they actually charge $120 more for common gas and electric, pest control, garbage pickup sewage a small property tax fee and plus plus plus. The unit I live in is very out out date. Ratty kitchen cabinets, cheap formica countertop that are delaminating and water damage at the seam from previous tenants a dishwasher that does not work properly and have complaned about that was never fixed properly and insu... read more

I found Elevate at Discovery Park online and decided to book a tour. Adriana met me in the office and was off the bat so friendly. She took a lot of time to give me every different option available for floor plans and move in dates. I was so excited after my tour I decided to apply right away. I am looking forward to being a part of what seems like a great community with a great staff!
