What I do not understand , is why some people have dogs and can't pickup after them - they leave the poop there , and it is very disgusting ... Just like the neighbor next door - first of all , I have never seen anyone let there dog pee on the porch or balcony and the steps that one uses to go up and down - either he is so very lazy or just doesn't care - dog urine can create a strong odor and who wants to keep stepping on it all the time ... My girlfriend and I had a lease here for another 4 months. She died and now the apartment is suing me because they will not let me break my lease. They said it doesn't matter if she's dead, I still owe them the remainder of the lease even though we were both on it! It's a grate place very peaceful and the Manager is super nice same as the rest of the office people
The area and space was very nice but they charge for every little thing . Management is not very nice when it comes to getting information . Listing shows rent at 1,400 but end up charging additional fees that has nothing to do with your lease and end up paying additional $900 on top of rent . Really do your research on this place before you sign
