A while back, when I showed interest in this unit, people warned me that it's a foreign builder without much track record and to stay away. Recently, I saw on the news that this building did indeed have build quality issues. What a disaster.
Worst experience ever. This building is in terrible condition. There are constant leaks everywhere and the mold is out of control. It’s disgusting and unhealthy to live here. Even worse, the structure is failing—you can see rusted rebar (armatura) coming through the cracked concrete.
Buyers beware! Owning a home should be a positive experience. I just saw this on the news today 3-2-2026
Structural issues, residents evacuated. Also caught fire during construction. Caveat emptor.
Great building in general, location and design are very modern in great price range!
