Great building in general, location and design are very modern in great price range!
I was excited to purchase a new condo here. I love the community and people here. But in time we found many problems such as issues with the builder not cooperating with HOA, leaks, defects and maintenance.
While the property experienced some external water leaks during periods of heavy rain, those issues have since been addressed and are no longer a concern. The community offers a beautiful, modern living environment with a full suite of amenities.
